I live in St. Augustine FL. I have a 98 SC300 with 126,500 miles on it. If I remember correctly there is a 125K preventive maintenance. I previously worked at Lexus of Jacksonville and remember it costing roughly $2,500. I was wondering if anyone knows a good mechanic near me that could do this for me on the side? I would appreciate any feedback, Thanks!

 

Use the owners manual supplement to determine the services you want performed.

I would consider replacing all the fluids.

Replacing plugs, cleaning throttle body, replacing timing belt, water pump, idlers.

Inspecting the suspension components, including the bushings, front and rear. This includes ball joints and the steering rack components.

Brake pads and rotor condictions

Inspect drive shafts for CV boot damages

Alternator performance tested.

... just as an example.
