Default Do I have a transmission problem??

Recently purchased a 99 GS400 with 60K miles. I did three drain and fills (2 qts each using Lexus recommended fluid) to the transmission fluid. When the transmission is not at operating temperature the transmission seems to hesitate before engaging from a stopped position. It is buttery smooth changing gears at all times and is not a problem from a stopped position after warming up.

Do I have a serious problem? Any advice or recommendations?
