when i am making turns...mostly right turns the car lets off a horrible whining noise....also when i come to complete stop at lights i hear a very clear loud almost rattling noise and i can kind of feel it on the brake pedal every now and then

Whining noises when turning the steering wheel are usually low power-steering fliud level, or a power-steering pump that is on the way out. It's a well-known weakness of our cars. Right before mine went, it took on a turbine-like sound that impressed the passengers (not me, though, since I knew that was the sound of me writing a check for a new pump!).

Not sure what that rattling noise is, though.
