Default CEL problem

where oxygen sensor 1 in bank 1 is? Is this it?

I had got the CEL before and it said was the upper O2 sensor. I replaced that and a few days later got CEL again. This time i got a print out and it says.

P0135
The PCM has determined that a malfunction exists in the heater circuit for oxyen sensor 1 in bank 1.

What does that mean? Does it mean the heater circuit is bad or something like that?

car is a 97 ES300

bank 1 is the rear bank, the bank closest to the firewall.
sensor 1 is the sensor between the exhaust manifold and the cat.

The one you have pictured, if the orientation of the picture is from the front of the vehicle, is bank 2 sensor 1.

Most likely the sensor is lazy or failing. They can be tested off the vehicle with a multimeter if you have the proper specs. If the sensor needs to be replaced, online dealers may be cheaper. For example, www.sparkplugs.com or www.oxygensensors.com
