Default SC300 Tune-Up

Ok my car is due for a tune-up @ 138k miles. The last time it was done was at 70k at a Lexus dealership. I just got a set of NGK Iridium plugs and Im going to order wires, caps n rotors at the dealership.

A local shop is going to charge 120 to do a tune-up with me providing the parts. Is this a good price

The sole previous owner done all that with a new radiator BUT skipped out on the cam n crank seals and the waterpump

Would the valve cover gasket be easy to replace while doing the plugs?
