Dealership dino oil
Does anyone know what's the brand of dino motor oil they use at dealerships?

Depends on the dealership and their supplier. Longo uses Mobil. Some others use Pennzoil, Castrol and etc.

Is Castro GTX a good brand to use for regular dino oil?
