Air Suspension 1990 LS400 (refill?)

Unhappy Air Suspension 1990 LS400 (refill?)

I took my car to get p/s checked out a while back and the car was lifted...since then the suspension has been...off i guess...The mechanics are supposed to turn the on/off switch on the susp before lifting so it doesnt let itself out ive heard...i guess they didnt, is there an easy way to get them working again? is it cheap? should i go to a regular mechanic or lexus dealer for this?

I once lifted up a Ford Crown Vic without turning off the air suspension, and the rear end was sagging for a good 5 minutes until the air compressor filled the rear air bags. The LS' TEMS system works in the same manner, the car should lift right up after a few minutes. Or maybe the shocks are shot.
