Default is 10w30 oil ok for a sc400??

Last weekend was the first time I changed my oil myself. Bought a toyota oem filter at toyota dealership for the sc400 V8. Drained out old oil full and put castol 10w30 oil in and filter. It felt good doing this yourself, but after I was done, felt stupid cause I put in 10w30. I have maybe 146,000 miles on it so do you guys think it is ok w/ 10w30 or should I change it again to 5w30. Thinkin bout synthetic mobil 1 5w30 but scared it might leak. I felt w/ 10w30 on the egine is kinda heavy. What do you guys think. Any help would be apreciated.

Please don't bombard me w/ that search feature!! Already searched and no definte answer to my question. Thnks guyz!!

p.s...
I know this is the wrong section but pls don't move....just trying to get some help and answers.

10W30 should be fine considering the mileage on your SC. I'd consider using either Mobil 1 OR Amsoil 10W30 ASL synthetic oil.......I'm personally switching from Mobil 1 to Amsoil as it is better oil.

Thanks Guyz!! Before All these responses, I called my local Lexus dealership and they told me that 10w30 is what they used on on their used lexus. I feel much better that everyone feel the same. Thanks for all the help everyone...I greatly appreciate it !!

with the usual warm weather around here, its good to run. plus, im running almost 600hp now, and constantly spinning the engine to 7000rpm... the extra weight is almost mandatory in my eyes

I run 20w-50 in my gsxr1100. But even then you need to look at the oil properites since some are junk at fou ball test, high temps and ZDDP.
