Fuel Arrow Light - Not working

Hi,
I am having a problem with one of the arrows on my dash. It's the fuel quantity arrow. It's not lighting up like the rest of them, the tacheomoter,speedometer,temp work.
On the fuel arrow tho, it's very faint sometimes and kinda flickers on/off...
Any ideas what can be done to fix this?
