Price of AC filter?

Does anyone know where can I get AC filter for my 99 GS3? Dealer quote $40. Also, they quote the air filter (engine one) as $15.60. I didn't know the air filter is theat much cheaper then the AC filter. Anyone know better price?

HEPA filter

I belive the AC filter is so much more because it is a HEPA filter. Possibly even electrostatic.
