I've starred at the engine bay for hours. Maybe I'm an idiot and just don't get it? I've unhooked the locker on the airfilter housing, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to open the dang thing! Anybody have any guidance this moron can use? It's a 95 LS400.

You have to take the 10mm bolt out and unhook the locker. Make sure to put the air filter housing back in correctly( line up with the main housing).
