How to take the PCV out (es300)

I want to take out the PCV by hand on my 92' es300. But you know it is so tight

. How can you guys do this looks pretty easy job??? Help!

Sometimes you have to use a pair of pier to remove it out and the rubber seal around the PCV break in pieaces( ages and heat). You may need to get the a PCV and a new rubber seal.
