I had my ES timing belt changed at 84K. I saw that the belt has some minor cracks all over. I bought the belt for $80 and then went to a garage and they charge me $20 to install it. Total costs: $100. I don't know what dealers charge but I am thinking 5x that. Just go to a trusted garage that specialized in Japanese Imports.

Why do I recommend to replace the water pump at the same time( even know the water pump is not leaking)?. Because water pump driven by the timing belt. To replace water pump you have to remove timing belt. Let's see if you replace just timing belt and save a few bucks on the water pump. And 20K miles later the water pump start to leak then you will have re-do all whole job agian and pay the labor twice( unless you are DIY person).
