HELP ME!!!!

Hey guys I'm having trouble with my 92 es300 oem stereo system. The poer/volume **** has become detached from the control leaving the tuner to stay on and having no control over the music. When you initially start the car there is no music and the onger and longer the car is on the louder and louder the music gets. I need a thread or directions with pics on how to remove the stereo and to detach the face plate to fix it. Juan I figured you'd probally be the best person to ask. Anyone with a thread I can print out and use would be great or anyone with some alternate form of info to help me please EMAIL A.S.A.P!!
