QUICK HELP! Thermostat Location on 92 ES 300

anyone know where it is located? it was not where i thought it was. if you can please respond quickly, it'd be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.

Just right below the alternator, you will see the radiator lower hose and the aluminum housing with 3 12mm nuts.
