I pulled a 1-7 today CMP 1 I'm wondering what CMP 1 means

Are you sure it's code 17,not 71?. I don't see any code 17 in the troubleshooting section at all, but I see 71 EGR malfunction.

 

ehehe I'll pull it again double check its one long light and seven blinks i better see which comes first thanks


1-7 from troublecodes.net is CMP 1 which probably has something to do with the ECU which hopefully is very unlikely.


EGR sounds better

P.S. how is your car doing? is she still hurting? new motor on the way??

 

1-7 code= one slow flash and 7 blinks yes? if its the same as Nissan thats the way its done, am I correct?
