Firestone Lifetime Alignment deal?

I used it for two vehicles for years previously w/o any issues.
I was going to buy the lifetime on my 21 IS this week. They did not want to do the work because of concerns of messing up the Safety Sense features, which made no sense to me. I guess they're getting more and more issues reported and no tools to re-calibrate Safety Sense?

Yes, I bought the FS lifetime alignment. Well worth it. I live in the city and the roads are bad. I get my alignments adjusted every year. Each time there is a tad of adjustment. Well worth it after just 2 services. Never had any shop declined on the GS 350 F-Sport.

Ever hit pretty bad-sketchy-deep potholes, & if yes, is there impact on cars MORE than only just alignment? thanks!!
