Default Prospective Purchaser Question/Advice Seeking

Just signed up to the forum to read and learn. Been an LC/LX fan for a loooong time. Life has been good and now I'm in the position to finally purchase one.

Local dealer has one arriving mid-December and I'm "on the list" for it, although I live in a state where, while it's not the popular "off-road", i drive on unmaintained, dirt roads and trails to include beach driving and deep snow occasionally.

Would it be wrth waiting for th 700 Overtrail? Other thoughts?

For context, been driving a 2011 Tundra with the 5.7 forever and it has no skid plates and everything has been fine. I may use th 4 LO on beaches, but I don't usually need or use the 4 LO.
My Tundra is still amazing and i may end up keeping it....

Side note: Test drove the V8 LX several times, but never went forward because I couldn't really tell the engine/transmission/ride quality difference between that and my Tundra. And I hated the interior Now, I hate the new Tundra exterior/interior design, and love the new LX design.

I started off wanting a tundra and ended up with the LX. Loved my 08 Tundra 5.7 as well. I need to tow a skid steer occasionally so I am stuck with needing an F250 too.

But yeah man I took mine way into the back of some forestry land over thanksgiving looking for signs of poachers and its on low profile parada street tires.

AHC is nice for this. No dramatics but couldn’t have done much more without tearing up the body.
