Got a 2022 LX600 Luxury from a Lexus dealer. I wasn’t concerned about it not being certified but rethinking that. I didn’t think too much into it coming out of a used 2014 LX570 with very little depreciation hit (bought it 5 years ago) and absolutely no problems. That truck was amazing…
I have noticed a faint buzzing noise when I brake and the sound goes away once car comes to a complete stop. Coming from various Lexuses, the brake actuator has been a problem with a few of their past models. Anyone here have the same issue and can explain what it is?
Reading through some of these posts, I do agree it’s not made as solid as the LX570 but it is so pretty. 🤩
I have the same issue with my 24 LX 600 F Sport. I had the dealer look at it and they say it's normal. The sound is the brake booster motor which activates when you press the brake pedal. They even compared it to a new LX sitting on the lot and it made the same noise.
Whew, I just noticed this sound today. I said to myself, "Here we go again wit Lexus & they BULLSH*T!!!" Thank goodness it's normal. Thanks for this thread.
I just noticed it last week myself, in my 2024 LX600 F, with 8700 miles on the odo. I happened to be driving it without the Mark Levinson on, and felt/heard it. I concluded it was normal, but glad to see this thread to confirm this. Was weird though - never had another vehicle I've owned do this.
