Bass aft first call

Apple Music Bass after first phone call
I have the mark levinson reference sound system in my 2022 Lx600. I use apple car play to listen to Apple Music make calls, etc. I have the bass turned up through the Lexus audio settings and it sounds great up until the first phone call is made or received. Once a call is received or made, the sound quality goes down considerably and the bass is non-existent. Anyone else noticed this issue?
