Default LX700h release date

Does anyone know when the 700h will be released. Would it come as a 2024 model year released end of 2023. I’m wondering if it’s worthwhile for that model to come vs getting the ttv6. We are in no particular rush for either model.

No, it is roughly ~2 years out. This is the MMC 310-Series, which like the 2021 LS 500, which will arrive earlier in the cycle to make corrections. I've known about it for several months, but didn't pay attention to the intel I received on it. It's not an exact replica of the iForceMax.

Found a video on it. Looks like it might come out next year as a slightly refreshed model for a 2025.

He's not a good source. I do my best to keep people informed on industry developments, while he drags down those efforts with his careless speculation. It is MY 2025 in ~2 years, dependent on launch date, but be careful with him. He often doesn't know he's talking about and isn't willing to admit to being wrong.

Post pandemic, plenty of MYs have seen very late launches. Case in point, the 2021 Bronco, 2023 Corolla Cross Hybrid, and 2023 Crown. 2025 MY doesn't always guarantee available before end of 2024.

I'm definitely far from perfect myself, but when I make any mistakes, I immediately correct course and admit to it. He just doesn't do that. He is earning decent disposable income misleading people, instead of sticking to his existing strengths from his "Toyota days" of yore.

I might have even misled people about a major Toyota redesign per misleading insight, shared to me in bad faith. I am fessing up to it, while if in the same shoes Automotive Press would never.

I wonder if it's the same in his case? Former colleagues passing on bad insight or him pouncing on information, with bad reasoning skills to separate truth from fiction?

The LX trademarks tend to be filed really 2-3 model years ahead of introduction, from what I have observed going back to LX 570 in 2005 and even GX 470 in 2001.

The LX 450d trademark filed internationally in 2014, appeared in showrooms around early 2016, while facelifted LX arrived in November 2015. Expect that window for LX 700h, if everything goes to plan. Easily could slip well into the year of 2025 and be called a 2026 MY.
