Bluetooth mic not working 2009 LX 570
This vehicle is new to me. It's a 2009 LX570. When I use my iPhone through the Lexus car system the people I call can't hear me. The phone is recognized by system immediately and connects to the bluetooth. I've tried several solutions suggested on the internet including going into the service menu and turning up the mic's volume. It didn't help. I've tried several iPhones but same results. Also, the handsfree voice system in the vehicle can't hear me either. I had the vehicle into a Lexus dealer, where they read some codes for me, they couldn't find a reason for the mic not working nor could they make it work.
I did read about a problem with condensation from the sunroof affecting the mic. Anyone have this?
First, any other solutions perhaps I haven't tried?
Second, are there any links to how to remove the bluetooth unit and mic from ceiling?
Thanks Barry
