I have had tracfone service for years and am wondering if it is possible to buy a new tracfone that is compatible with Bluetooth in 2009 GX 470. I am seeing some conflicting posts on the net. Many thanks!

I didn't see any of the current Bluetooth Tracphones on http://www.tracfone.com also shown on http://www.lexus.com/models/GX/acces...bluetooth.html

The amount of compatibility, if any, between various Bluetooth phones and the Lexus Bluetooth system varies a lot. The Lexus website shows many Motorola phones having a very high level of compatibility -- maybe a Motorola Tracphone would work.

If you are using Tracphone then I'm assuming that you are a very infrequent cell phone user. If this is the case, is it really very important that your cell phone works with your Lexus Bluetooth system?
