Without using Toyota's software, how can you even check the height...far more accurate than a tape measure and rafter square.

True that... Might have to spend the money and let Lexus dealer to do it...

Lexus uses the SAME software as Toyota..."TIS" for Toyota Information System".

The software knows the make, model, and year of the vehicle as it can read and decode the VIN.

TIS measures the AHC pressure on each of the 4 corners and reports if it is in or out of specifications.

Once pressure is correct, ride height can be adjusted by the 2 front and 1 rear AHC sensors.

So, who's more familiar? Lexus should be since they've used AHC the longest. Toyota perhaps, since it was optional in the '06 and '07 MY Land Cruisers. That's painted with a broad brush but real world experience indicates it's dealer-specific. My local Toyota store is more knowledgeable than the local Lexus / Toyota dealer. Best is an indy shop specializing in Lexus, Toyota, and Scion. Obviously, ymmv but do not assume Lexus service is particularly better than anyplace else...luck of the draw and the small number imported to North America control.

I was just going to create a new thread and saw this one at the top. My 2010 LX570, which we have owned for about 7 years now, is consistently pulling to the right. I'll do an alignment (Firestone) and it'll be fine for about 2 months and then goes back to pulling right. I've never taken the truck to Lexus since owning it. Any idea why I could be having this consistent issue pulling right?
