Default Looking at a 2011 LX 570

It is in good condition, with 94K miles.

HOWEVER...it looks like the vehicle has towed either a boat or RV from time to time. Does this harm the vehicle in any way, long term ?

The oil changes have been consistently done at the dealership - ranging from 7,000 to up to 10,000 mile intervals. Two of them were 10K intervals.

Are either of these deal killers or at least concerning?

No, nothing there looks fishy.

Go ahead and get it, if the price is right

The price is good. It is in a very small town at a Toyota dealership. This dealership did all of the service since new. The owner is a local bank president who traded in on a new Toyota LC. Their price is aggressive because according to them, there isn't much demand in a town that small for a high end Lexus.

Seems plausible.

So, run Carfax and make sure there's no damage/claims
The owner being a small town bank president is a good sign, they're conservative in their driving habits
As long as you understand you'd have to spend money on wear/tear + unexpected break=downs, I'd pull the trigger

X2. If all checks out service and history wise.

Also try to find out and look at the weight of the boat that was towed.

Enjoy the LX. Awsome truck!!!
