New '13 LX Owner
I just could not resist to get the LX after driving it. Drove my 4x4 in the nor'easter last week and found it lacking. Picked up the LX this evening, and drove around a bit. Quiet as a Lexus should be, now I ready for the winter. This season the all-season should do well. Next year, probably get winter tires.
Will describe how the truck handles later. It was dark when I picked the LX up, but I managed to grab a couple of pictures -- not the best. Forecast is snow tomorrow!

My Silver LX.........(Picture Heavy)
This morning is the calm before the storm. Truck was detailed last night and snapped a few pictures before the snow hits. Hope you enjoy the pictures!
Really am enjoying the ride, can't wait to drive in the mountains!!!!

In terms of feel, the leather package is about the same, but I have the luxury package in the LX and the F-sport in the LS. Both stereos are similar in sound and on the road both are refined. The LX is a truck that can literally go anywhere. I spent only one day in the LX and two weeks in the new LS, more to follow.

Just trying to find the right car for me. Finally settled on the new LS. Perfect fit. Very reminiscent of the well made older European cars. I have always had a SUV, needed a replacement for my '05 Touareg, what a true billy goat that car was. The new VW/Audi/Porsche just don't give you that versatility. Stumbled on the new LX, priced perfectly considering my '05 Touareg was 78K, and very similar off road capabilities. I will really miss the torque on my 10 cylinder diesel Touareg though. The fit and finish is much better and refined and I have a third row seat if I ever need it.

You don't have to worry about the snow, just drove from NY to Vermont then to Canada and back to NYC. There was a LOT of snow on and only 10'C. LX handled all beautifully, only wished I was able to find winter tires before the trip.

Well, I guess I have come back full circle. I just broke in my 13 Mercury Metallic LX and after 1600 miles really enjoyed the performance and handling of the truck. I true pleasure to drive.
In about 30 seconds, the truck just vanished, stolen at the detailer's shop. Now I have to break in a new replacement vehicle, my dealer was fantastic and able to find an identically equipped vehicle except in my first color combination - Onyx Black exterior/Black interior.
