For last several weeks 2009 LX had been had been hesitant starting up if not driven every day. Today, after two days not being driven, I go out to start the car and nothing. Cant even get into the car. (Fob has new battery) I Manually enter by removing key from fob. Hold key up to push button and all I hear is a low growl from engine department
Will this car even get jumped or should I just assume AAA needs to take into a shop? Thanks

Sounds to me like a battery issue. How old is the battery, and have you checked battery voltage?
My 2013 LX570 a few of years ago had problems of not able to start if sat in the garage for more than two weeks.
We had the battery changed like three times and was still the same. Went to the Lex dealership under extended warranty and was told all ok....just need a new battery X 3!!
Fed up with the incompetent "selling dealership", I took it to another Lex dealership I had done business with for many years and after leaving the LX570 there for two weeks, they found the problem. There was a parasitic electrical drainage caused by done "chip" in the center console fridge.
All fixed now.

This sort of battery draw has been a known LX problem for some. When I mentioned it to my dealer at purchase time, they threw in a Battery Tender, complete with the Lexus logo, and the under hood wiring installed to use it. No charge (not a pun), and no hassle.
They also offered and installed my preferred trailer brake controller pre-delivery, with no labor charges, because they knew up front that I would be towing.
I was offered the same by the incompetent selling Lexus dealership when they failed to find the root cause for the problem. I told them that when I park it at a garage at the airport for 2 weeks or so when I fly out, I can't just plug in the battery tender. I don't want to come back and have a dead battery.
