Default Rotors

The rotors on my 2015 LX will need to be replaced soon. They were resurfaced by the previous owner and are warped again. I just got the vehicle - I think the previous owner drove a lot in cold weather and parked without giving the brakes a few minutes to cool down...
Does anyone have a recommendation for a rotor/pad combination?

Quick-Stop drilled and slotted work well for me. Go online and check their heavy duty series. If you park in cold weather, it shouldn't matter whether you let the brakes cool down or not. The parking brake does not affect the rotors or pads whatsoever. Five years is not out of line for rotor replacement.

I would seriously consider premium Centric rotors and EBC green brake pads. The rotors always look good with their black hats and are less prone to warping than OEM rotors. The brake pads provide a slightly stronger (confidence inspiring) than OEM braking force. I use this combo on all my daily drivers.

Thank you both, that's super helpful. It's reassuring to know that 5 years isn't a sign of an underlying problem. And it's always good to have a recommendation from an experienced user when moving away from OEM,

I've also had good luck with PowerStop. I've put them on 4-5 vehicles now with no issues.
