2010 LX570 squeak when accelerating

Have 2010 LX570. When I accelerate makes squeaking noise at first and squeaks when going over bumps sometimes?

you have to give little more context, where does the noise is coming from? under the car? wheels area how loud is it etc. might be your brakes / if they are worn out.

Sounds like it is coming from mostly the front wheels. Does not happen when brakes are applied, just on acceleration and sometimes over bumps in road.

Just a complete guess, but have you checked the serpentine belt and it's idler and tension pulleys??

No. Not yet, but plan on that. Thanks. Sounds more like a spring issue of some sort, like old bed spring. Doesn't do it except when accelerating from stopped position.
