I would start by talking to your dealer.

I'm pretty sure that most of the Mark Levinson experience is tied to a unit the sits under the driver's seat and speakers in the vehicle. It might be possible to have this ML unit installed by the dealer and then to find upgraded speakers at your favorite A/V installer. Unfortunately, the headunit of your Lexus can't be replaced with another aftermarket unit (although, it can be enhanced with other 3rd party accessories. See my post here)

I know that you don't want to do a full rebuild. But, if you want to go all-in, your dealer could also install the ML system, totally aftermarket. This might be your best option as there are few other ways to upgrade the Lexus AV experience. It might be more than you want to spend but they can get the parts to rebuild your LX from the ground up. And after spending +$85 K on this vehicle, you might find yourself rationalizing the cost of the handful of available upgrades like I have...

Unfortunately I think you will find this incredibly hard to update. Additionally adding in the ML bits will be prohibitively expensive. Try talking to a high end car audio shop, preferably with good recommendations.
There are electronics that can pick up the signal from the factory “head unit” and then feed an aftermarket amplifier. They you can have the car re-wired and new speakers put in.
