Thank you for the update that is great news! I know the pink screen has been extremely frustrating for you.

Thank you for the great write ups. I just picked up a 2020 Lx 570 and am planning on upgrading the head uint with Grom or something similar. Could you share if any of your observations or experiences have changed in the last 7 or so months? Thanks in advance!

I'm still loving my Grom unit. With COVID, I'm not driving as much as I did in the past but when I do, I'm constantly using it.

One detail that I've discovered as Grom rolled out official support for Carplay for the Grom - If you use Carplay, you'll have to wirelessly connect your cellphone to the Grom. Carplay won't work with a wireless hotspot (this makes sense when you think about it). So, if you go the Carplay route with the Grom unit, you'll need to connect your phone to keep it charged, even though the Carplay implementation is wireless.

For me, I've stuck with the native Grom experience (Android) with my hotspot. It is simply much easier to use (just start the car and go), even though I prefer the Carplay experience over Android.
