seat covers for LX
anyone has seat covers on their LX? now that have a brand new seats with little kids I want to protect the seats with the spills and what not.
I have searched online I can't find anything that I like. Most of them aren't even made for the car but for the older gen LX.

No need for seat covers.
Our old 2000 LX470 bought new with our first born back then and with subsequent two more babies along the way until we traded in for another brand new 2013 LX570 survived the three kids with no problems. We had treated the seats with Armor All and periodically cleaning. When we traded in, the leather seats are still in excellent condition even after 13 years and 280K+ miles on the odo.

We have 5 kids, 17 down to 4...
Never have we used seat covers or protectors, never a problem from the kids or their child seats. To each their own, but we just use all weather floor mats and always keep a couple of clean microfiber towels in the door pockets. And we also limit what they can eat/drink, and when (road trips have different rules than daily driving; screw-top lids vs. fountain drinks vs. water or sugary drinks, messy foods, etc.)...easy to protect the vehicle AND keep the family happy.
Not sure of the age of your kids, but if they're young beware/use caution if placing anything between a child seat and the vehicle seat...many considerations before this can be done safely.
Personally we use Lexol leather cleaner, Lexol leather conditioner, and of course the nextzett Cockpit Premium is hands-down one of the finest products I've ever used on interiors.

There have been times when the kids threw up and it got inside The holes in the leather seats , That wasn’t an issue with the older seats like in the lx470. My ls460 and my older lx570 was a pain to clean. I literally had to use a little toothpick plus brush to take the stuff out of the perforated leather. My Dyson was not as helpful either.
mg kids are 8, 7 and a newborn and I want to seats to stay clean.

I got mine from these guys https://www.equipt1.com/collections/escape-gear and they are perfect for my use. If the site doesn’t show your truck give them a call, I found them excellent to work with.
I totally understand, we've had plenty of "accidents" in the cars over the years. But we are always quick with bags (we actually have scented barf bags in a little container in the console), towels, etc. So many kids, so many options! We've had a couple of hard-to-clean messes over the years, but they're very rare for us. However, I still wouldn't use anything between car seats and child seats. Different strokes for different folks but my wife was a CPST for a long time so we're pretty strict with ourselves. She used to conduct installation training and seat-checks at hospitals/new parent training, fire stations, etc.
This information is being posted only to help anyone who isn't aware, or stumbles across this thread later:
Road injuries are the leading cause of preventable deaths and injuries to children in the United States.
Correctly used safety seats can reduce the risk of death by 71%.
75% of child safety seats are not used or installed correctly.
Even if you think you're doing it correctly, get it CHECKED! Losing a kid for something preventable is terrible.
Most CPSTs (child safety seat gurus) will tell you:
(1) Placing anything between the child seat and the vehicle seat is not advisable
(2) If you absolutely must, use a seat and protector that allow for such a set up (and do so properly)
Attached is a list of some common child seat manufacturers and their stance on seat covers/protectors.

Happy to help. You can also figure out a way to cover the seats around the child safety seats...then you're at least partially immune to puke, but w/ maximum car seat safety for the little one!
Back when we had THREE car seats across the second row on our old LX470!!! That was a tight fit, but we did it. But soon we learned that did not work well for too long bc the kids will fight or just won't get along. Kids are kids! So we had to relocate one of the three car seats to the third row and my wife sometimes had to sit back in the second row to be the referee. I'm glad those days are over.
At trade in all seating surfaces were in good condition. The salesman was surprised. Although we we're very diligent about completely removing the car seats and clean and apply leather conditioners just about every month. Sometimes more often if any of the kids had any vomiting or whatever spills.

i am in the same boat, the 3rd row seat is used all the time and i try to clean when ever i can but kids make a mess every time they sit in the car. they are eating chips/ apples/ juices and they try to hide stuff all over. But what can you do its hard to make them understand but i do have them vacuum once in a while when i am outside cleaning.
Right now i have this car seat mat under the seat which i think its useless
