Default Towing issues w/AHC

I have a 2017 LX570, I tow a 19' Airstream using an Anderson WD (weight distribution) hitch. I follow the guidelines in the LX570's owners manual for hitching the vehicle to the trailer. After I restart the vehicle the vehicle resumes the normal driving height position, this unloads the WD hitch chains. I re-snug the chains on the hitch, however I find that the chains become loose in transit. I know its unlikely to find anyone towing with a similar set up. But I am curious how your vehicle, if it has AHC responds to your WD hitch.

Back under the hitch and raise the truck to high, attach your wdh chains and when your truck returns to normal the chains are taut. The ahd won’t work with the door open so shut it before raising. I back in in High and when the jack is down I lower the suspension so when I go to hook up again everything is set up right.
