Rear hitch hitting ground when reversing
This summer I had a hitch installed by Uhaul so that I could tow my Laser sailboat and attach my bike rack. Unfortunately it rides so low that it hits the ground when reversing on any sort of incline . I can live with it but it is frustrating when you hear that horrible scrapping sound😳. Has anyone else had this experience with their hitch ?

Sounds like you must be extremely low. Some hitch manufacturers make recessed hitch mounts that relocate them in between the frame rails. But they wouldn't have anything like that for these cars, specially since we dont have frames. is the hitch right at the bottom of the bumper? You will probably have to get extremely creative to raise it since it needs to be load bearing.
