I have bought my lx570 and since first day I felt that the gear box is not shifting properly. I complained more than once with Kuwait dealer al sayer and they said it is normal.. once again I felt uncomfortable and took again to the main garage. They noticed that there is a factory problem in the gear box and they have replaced it without my acceptance. Now I am over the car and I want my money back should follow up and go to court ? I would like an answer from the mother company in japan about that because here in Kuwait they just dont care. I want someone from the mother company to look at that situation since I am a loyal customer that for the past 18 years driving and buying lexus only.

 

How can I reach lexus world wide customer service not the one for the us region. I want to contact customer service for the middle east (kuwait) but not the dealer
