It looks that my GPS stopped working completely. The position of my vehicle is now usually hundreds miles from the correct position. Restarting did not help. When I come somewhere to a city, it's able to locate the correct position (probably using wifi database) but then continues completely wrong way. Did anyone have a similar issue? Maybe I could disconnect the battery for a few minutes but I don't want to do it - it's probably better to take it to a dealership.

O.K., it looks like this is not a Lexus fault. I was able to resolve it myself. The problem is my dashboard camera Goluk T2. It works great but in some situations (I am still not sure when and why) it interferes with GPS. I tried to move it further from the GPS antenna. It looks O.K. now.

 

I also have dashboard camera too. I wonder it will do that as well? Thanks for warning.

 

Sorry to bring this thread back, but i just ran into this similar gps issues, yesterday my16" LX is show the same street name doesn't matter where or what road i was driving on, the icon is moving on the correction street, but the name of that street is not change? And i just got the beat sonic bypass installed is could be the reason why?

 

Did it work prior to the beat sonic bypass installation?

 

it work fine before that beat sonic installs, and it work normal after i got it installed until an hour after driving, it is weird
