These wheels?

Hi everyone!

Does anyone know the brand of these wheels on this LX? I found this photo in a Lexus-dedicated Instagram website but no information on the wheels;I like the added sporty look with these wheels.

Also, is it just me or is the SUV a bit lowered? Or is that how it looks when active height control is put at the LOW setting?

Based on the Cyrillic letters in the photo, it looks like they are from somewhere behind the Iron Curtain...
