I have a 2016 LX and my heads up display has a line going through it that looks like a tear. I have taken it to dealer and they have been told by the factory it's normal its very hard to believe to me that its normal. All the other Lexus vehicles I have driven with Heads up display never had the line. In the pic it;'s right below the speed.

 

I do not know if the line is normal or ab-normal, but I have it too. That said, this headless display is useless and a waste of $700.00 that could be used fer many other good things. Besides, I cain't see it when I wears my sunglasses

 

Mine has the same line next to the MPH. It is not jagged but is a straight line and would say from reading others, it is normal.

I like my HUD display. Find it very useful. Polarized sunglasses are a problem but not a deal killer.

$700 is not going to get you much these days on an LX and most of the time it is included in the "package" and not much you can do.

Mine has it too, I guess it is normal. Lexus wants underline( Highline) the MPH, so we need to pay attention the speed limit.

Yes, it's normal on Lexus (this is my LX). On the other side, I haven't seen it on any other cars with HUD. Lexus did something wrong.
