LX-570 'extremely minor rust'
I am considering purchasing a 2011 LX 570 from CarMax and they say this vehicle, an Illinois born and raised truck, has 'extremely minor rust' on the underneath. They say that any vehicle must meet CarMax standards, and they wouldn't sell the truck if it had rusting that was gonna be a problem.
I am looking for advice/feedback on this decision, the CarMax folks seem to be pretty straight shooters in my experience so far. My salesperson also said that the level of rust this vehicle had would be present on any 4+ year old truck, regardless of where it was from...
Thanks for any help/insight

This is a 10 year old LX470 nevada/texas vehicle. Rust and lack of maintance is about the only thing that will distroy a LX. You want a LX that lived it's life in Texas or state that is not where they have a lot of snow/salt.
Thanks for the response Max, that GX is super looking underneath. I have yet to see this vehicle personally, and my CarMax guy assures me if it isn't as he represented it to be, he could probably even get me back the $450 I paid to get it to Atlanta.
I hear ya on your comments of wanting a vehicle from a semi-arid place!
