rattle coming from steering column, I think
Hi everyone,
I've noticed a rattling noise coming from the general area of the steering column. What's weird is that it comes and goes. It sounds like maybe a loose wire tapping against the plastic, but if that were the case, I would assume it would happen consistently, not sporadically. I took a 12 hour road trip recently, and on the way there, I heard it off and one for a few hours. Then for the rest of the trip up and back, not a sound! The other day, I heard it again, but when I took it to the dealer to have it checked out, no noise, so they couldn't trouble shoot it. Anyone have any idea what's going on here? Any known issues regarding the steering column?
