WELL I JUST GOT QUOTE FOR THE WINDSHIELD..

950 FOR AFTER MARKET INSTALLED
1500 FOR LEXUS OEM INSTALLED

I CANT DECIDE IF I SHOULD GO AFTERMARKET OR OEM? WHAT YOU GUYS THINK?

OH IM PRETTY SURE I WILL NEED TO REPLACE IT AGAIN WITHIN 2 YEARS IT SEEMS LIKE I HAVE REPLACED MY WINDSHIELD EVERY 2 YEARS OR LESS.. LOTS OF FREEWAY DRIVING....

If you have a good insurance with glass coverage and your car is under 12 months old, then you are entitled to the OEM replacement. Otherwise, it is your choice. I would prefer an OEM, $1400 in Illinois (installed).

Just get oem, aftermarket windshields suck, honestly i can't say i've ever had a worse time with anything than having to deal with a windshield that didnt fit properly, had a ridiculous amount of wind noise, make strange sounds as if it were going to crack, and eventually did after being hit by a small pebble.
