EMV display not working

I was ejected my navigation DVD and changed the battery. After putting new battery display doesnt work. Even I inserted GCC navigation disk still not works .please help
Yes my car is 2010 LX 570 middle east version. How can I fix that problem. Not working display no climate control no audio video

Are you talking about LX570? Then what year? 2010 and 2011 do not have navigation DVD, since they contain Gen 6 system. The main medium is a hard drive and updates happen via USB drive.
