I'm going to use a wrench!
Well, I'm not 100% sure since I don't have the truck yet, but if a human installed it, I should be able to remove it. There may be some wiring dangling after removal, but the 3rd row seat is totally useless to me (no kids). Plus, I could use the extra cargo space.
I purchased one from WeatherTech. They have a cargo all-weather mat, which also cover the space behind the second raw for $159. The mat fits very well within my 2010 LX570.

I think the original poster is looking for the cargo "cover" not the mat.
I've looked in the accessories and original parts. I can't find one for the 570. Apparantly the 3rd row seats work different in the Land Crusher than they do in the Lexus. Because the seats fold up and are not "easily" removable, Lexus doesn't offer a cargo cover.
I remember wanting to take a Saturday to remove the 3rd row in my 2008 LX and after looking carefully for about 30 minutes, I decided that they just do not take up that much room!

No, the 3rd row seats fold exactly the same way in LX and LC. It's just that the LX has power folding seats.
