I live in chicago, and have xm navtraffic. I would like to know who else uses this service. I find the traffic data to be usually quite wrong....i dont mean a little...i mean a lot! Sitting in 30 minutes of non moving traffic while xm shows all green...........or just the oppisite--fast moving traffic in a red xm zone.

What gives? Anyone to complain to?
Garbage in and garbage out.... you can complain to XM but the info. is only as good as the data received.
I am also in Chicago, and use the XMTraffic. I have to admit, the service is completely useless. Unfortunately, I have this paid service for another 8 months.
I just bought an LX570 having traded in my LS460L. I've used the XMTraffic since 2007 and it's slowly become more and more accurate. It's very accurate here in the Seattle area and it's been very accurate up and down the West Coast. I compare the data against my iPhone and they tend to be the same. The most impressive part was when I was heading north on I5 on my way to San Francisco in a storm and it accurately warned me of standing water on the road. I'd never be without it.
