The molding is probably port-installed. It is on other Toyotas/Lexi.

Mine has the molding but no front qtr panel blinkers.

I think the suspension is set to "low" so it looks tucked..

As far as I know, the side turn signals are available in Asia and Europe cars.

I have turn signals on my 2nd gen IS because I live in Dubai (Middle-East), and the American spec doesnt have turn signals.
