Default Driver/Passenger Heater Servo Issue

2009 LX 570- Today, when I turned the heat on, it would only heat on the front left (Driver’s side). The front right and both back sides were all cold, no matter what I did. It seems odd for all the dampers to go out at once. The HVAC codes were: 41, 45, 47, 58, 86. To me it seems like some electrical relay or control unit is out, rather than multiple servos all die at once. Where would you start? Thoughts? Where is the control unit? Thanks in advance!

Bad servos don’t usually generate diagnostic codes, usually those are generated when there is a problem with the hvac controller. Did u look up the codes and see what there for?

Here are the codes and detail. To me— there is a singular source to all of these-
