Sometimes when u have 4Lo/Trac Off/CEL on, and no drivability issues, likely can be EVAP leak (gas cap). When was the last time u get filled up? As w/ the fog light issue, it can be something else. Check the gas cap first, remove and re-tighten it, drive for a few days (the EVAP system will run itself when vehicle's parked for long enough and it's random). BUT if u have a drivability issue, then defintiely have it checked out by a mechanic
OBDII Codes have different meanings, There are four different types of OBD-II codes – P, B, C, and U. The P stands for powertrain (engine and transmission) systems, B for body, C for chassis, and U for network and wiring systems.
All code readers can detect P codes.
you may need a more sophisticated reader to detect the others.
