I am in the market for LX570. I see quite a few LX available. I found a 2017 fully loaded(ML, Lux, Heads-up and etc). vs 2019 with only luxury package.
I would've liked the ML but that is not a must. Are there any mechanical improvements done in 2019 vs. 2017? Somewhere I read how 2019 is when Toyota started using a different seal to prevent the oil leak but I cannot confirm.
Also, what major services do you expect to be already completed by 60K?
Thank you for your input.
Heard the same thing about the sealant for the valley plate, so 19. Definitely get the ML. It’s so good. I also heard they are the fourth version of the radiator, so later year could be beneficial.
I have a 15. Love it.

Thank you. Yeah it is hard to find an exact configuration that I want so there has to be some level of compromise. I am optimizing for the mechanical reliability at this moment. My 2013 Mercedes GL450 has served us very well without any problems for a decade but wanted to try something different.

i searched for two years before i located my fully loaded 2020.
i didn’t want the anything after 2021 since they went to a V6. The V8 and fully loaded were a must.
it is a fantastic vehicle although Toyota is slow to update technology. No CarPlay Android Auto until the 2022 model.
I installed CarPlay using an aftermarket device from BeatSonic.
