I'm almost certain it was only available with beige interiors. All other interiors have polished darker wood.
You can verify this here:

They should have every MY brochure.

I hate the open pore wood. It's so easy to scratch and it fades in the sun. I bought a used 2017 LX and the center dash was like 10 shades lighter, I ended up buying a replacement for the console on sale from Lexus. When doing my LX search I never saw the open pore walnut with a dark interior, only with the ivory one, but I'm open to being proven wrong. I got the itch to 'upgrade' again this weekend and went looking for 2020 models with the TRD sport kit. Sadly the one I saw was beat to hell inside and out, people love to mistreat this $110k vehicle it seems.
I ended up putting a stupid skin on it to make it look shiny but you can see the new part is super dark
this was how I got it, super faded
The color it should be, as the door was not in the sun apparently per the previous owners

Walnut is a generally a heavy, tight grain wood how do they make it "open pore" exactly? Special tree? I have some walnut stock it's amazing stuff very strong, beautiful when finished with clear lacquer no need to alter the colour.

There must be some walnut with open grain, what I have is as tight as almost any wood out there you can sand it to be like glass if you want.
