ac blower fan replacement on 2010 LX570
Push in several clips along the front edge of the panel under the passenger side of the dash with a screwdriver pressed into the slots and drop the front of the panel down a bit, then pull it straight back towards the seat. That frees up the under dash panel. Set it aside. Remove the electrical connector to the fan. Then remove the three bolts holding the fan assembly. They are easy to see and remove. It is a tight area to remove the fan from due to a wiring harness running under the fan, but be patient and work the fan out slowly. Insert the new fan motor assembly. Replace the three screws, plug the electrical connector back in, slip the rear of the panel back into the clips under the glove box, then push the front edge up until the panel snaps back into place.
The engineers made this almost too easy. You can do the entire job with only a flat head screwdriver since the bolts have hex heads with slots. I don’t have a 2010 but I cannot imagine Lexus making any significant changes over the years of production.

Thanks very much for the tips. I was able to remove the passenger side panel very easily but found some other stuff other than the fan up in the dash. Looks like the parking assist computer is bolted up there, and I can't really see the fan above it. Any ideas? Am I looking in the wrong place? Thanks!
Oops. Got the passenger kick panel off and the parking aid computer unbolted and discovered that to remove the blower fan, which is right there and held in by three bolts, you need to remove the passenger knee airbag, which I can't/ don't want to do. So put it all together again and will cache the part for another day...
Well, I actually looked at the repair manual for this blower replacement, and it says you need to remove the instrument panel safety pad, When you look at that, you basically have the remove the entire dash panel to get the plastic support for the panel out of the way of the blower motor. It's pretty insane. If there is a work around, please let me know, but it looks like a huge job for a relatively simple repair on other Toyota/Lexus models. Oh well...
No joy so far. Haven't had the will power to try this myself and not wanting to spend the money on the car shop yet. Was and still is making noise when the fan starts up and a strong vibration that you can feel in the steering wheel when its running. But its still blowing air and not itolerable.

I was about to replace the blower today with success to solve my noise/vibration issues when the A/C was on. I removed the glove box to disconnect the power cable to it. After you remove the bottom kick panel, you only need to remove 3 bolts holding up the electrical box that's bolted to the bottom of the fan. Once that part is removed, just 3 T20 screws to dismount the blower and swap out with the new. Took me about 30 minutes. Sorry no pictures.

I was confused at first and was ready to take all kinds of crap apart but slowly realized the blower motor is at the bottom of the whole unit. I showed my brother, who has a 2015 LX, and its exactly the same.
No, the sides of the airbag are flexible so you can pull it back to get access to the two bottom bolts of the glove box. There is this small panel on the left side of the console that you need to remove (1 plastic clip). You also need to remove the passage side console panel trim (just pull it off)
